1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and fw999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms apply to your use of the fw999 website at fw999.bet, its sub-pages, all associated services including the casino lobby, sports betting section, live dealer tables, promotional offers, and any customer support interactions.

fw999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, fw999 will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on this page along with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the fw999 platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with English-language meanings of the terms used. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail.

Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the English-language content of these Terms before using the platform.

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an fw999 account, making a deposit, or placing a wager of any kind, you confirm that:

1.2 Platform Access

2 Account Registration

To access the full features of fw999 — including depositing funds, placing wagers, and claiming bonuses — you must register for an fw999 account. Registration is available to individuals who meet the eligibility requirements set out in these Terms.

2.1 Eligibility

Each player may hold only one (1) fw999 account. Creating duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different identity details, is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any outstanding balances or bonus funds.

To be eligible to register an fw999 account you must:

2.2 KYC Verification

fw999 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing any withdrawal request. Know Your Customer (KYC) verification requires you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Bangladesh National ID Card (NID) — front and back;
• Valid Bangladesh passport — photo page;
• Proof of address — a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official document showing your name and Bangladesh address dated within 90 days.

fw999 aims to complete KYC verification within 24–48 hours of receiving clear, legible copies of the required documents. You may be asked to provide additional documentation if the initial submission is insufficient to confirm your identity to the required standard. Withdrawals will remain on hold until KYC verification is successfully completed.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fw999 account credentials, including your username and password. fw999 strongly recommends enabling any available two-factor authentication (2FA) options within your account settings. fw999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security. 3 Deposits & Withdrawals

fw999 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via a range of payment methods designed specifically for the Bangladesh market. All transactions are processed in BDT with no currency conversion fees applied by fw999.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

fw999 charges zero platform fees on all deposits and withdrawals. Third-party transaction fees imposed by your payment provider (if any) remain your responsibility. fw999 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

3.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum deposit amounts and maximum daily deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the fw999 cashier at the time of transaction. Players may set their own personal deposit limits — daily, weekly, or monthly — via their account dashboard as part of fw999's responsible gaming tools. Self-imposed deposit limits take immediate effect and may only be reduced (not increased) without a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to fw999 are reviewed by the fw999 finance team and typically processed within the following timeframes:

fw999 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification or where fw999 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity. fw999 will not process withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposits without additional verification.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

fw999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms that are published alongside each individual offer. The general bonus terms set out in this section apply to all fw999 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer-specific terms.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New fw999 players who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome deposit match bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The welcome bonus must be claimed within 7 days of account registration and wagered within 30 days of being credited to the player's account.

4.2 General Bonus Conditions

• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used and wagered first unless fw999's cashier settings indicate otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Bonuses claimed using payment methods that carry high reversal risk (e.g., certain card types) may be subject to additional verification before withdrawal is permitted.
• fw999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus is withdrawn while a player is actively using it, wagering requirements accrued to that point will be respected.
• fw999 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or any form of exploitation of the bonus system.

4.3 Seasonal Promotions

fw999 publishes seasonal promotional offers timed to major events in the Bangladesh calendar, including Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), Independence Day (March 26), and major cricket tournaments including BPL, IPL and ICC events. Each seasonal promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published on the fw999 promotions page at the time of launch.

5 Age Restriction

fw999 operates a strict minimum age policy of 18 years for all registered players. Age is verified as part of the KYC process using government-issued identification (Bangladesh NID or passport). fw999 may request age verification documents at any stage of the player lifecycle — including at registration, prior to the first withdrawal, or at any other point where fw999 has reason to question a player's age.

Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 18 will be permanently closed without exception. All deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the originating payment method, and any winnings or bonus funds accumulated will be forfeited in full. fw999 will not re-open accounts closed on the grounds of underage gambling under any circumstances.

6 Prohibited Conduct

fw999 is committed to providing a fair, secure and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fw999 platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and/or forfeiture of funds.

6.1 Fraud and Misrepresentation

• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using a stolen, borrowed or fraudulently obtained payment method to fund your fw999 account;
• Impersonating another person or using another person's identity documents;
• Attempting to circumvent fw999's fraud detection systems through any technical or social means.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus or any other new-player promotion more than once;
• Coordinating wagering activity with other players to artificially fulfil wagering requirements (so-called "bonus hunting" or "bonus whoring");
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform or claim promotions;
• Exploiting any technical error, system fault, or misconfigured bonus to gain an unfair advantage.

6.3 Collusion and Match Fixing

Players must not engage in any form of collusion with other players or third parties, including sharing cards or game information in live dealer games, or placing co-ordinated bets designed to exploit a sportsbook's odds. fw999 cooperates fully with relevant authorities where match fixing or sports integrity violations are suspected.

6.4 Money Laundering

fw999 operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Any use of the fw999 platform to launder funds of illegal origin is strictly prohibited. fw999 monitors all transactions for AML indicators and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities as required. Any account found to be involved in money laundering will be permanently closed and all funds frozen pending investigation.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

7.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your fw999 account at any time by contacting fw999 Live Chat support. Before the account is closed, fw999 will process any pending withdrawal of your remaining real-money balance to your verified payment method. Bonus funds not yet subject to a completed wagering cycle will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is having a negative impact on their life may request a self-exclusion from fw999. Self-exclusion prevents the player from logging in or depositing for the duration of the chosen exclusion period (minimum 6 months; permanent self-exclusion is also available). 7.3 Suspension or Closure by fw999

fw999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Underage gambling confirmed or suspected;
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated by the player or their payment provider;
• Where continued operation of the account would expose fw999 to legal, regulatory or reputational risk.

In the event of account closure by fw999 for reasons other than fraud or Terms violation, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's payment method. Where closure is due to fraud or Terms violation, fw999 reserves the right to retain the account balance pending investigation.

8 Limitation of Liability

fw999 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While fw999 takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, fw999 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and events outside fw999's control may result in temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fw999 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the fw999 platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of fw999;
• Any errors, omissions, interruptions, delays, or technical faults in the delivery of the fw999 service;
• Any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your fw999 account credentials;
• Any gambling losses incurred as a result of using the fw999 platform — gambling involves inherent risk and you accept that risk by choosing to play.

fw999's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your fw999 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.1 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through fw999's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration. fw999's internal complaints procedure is available by contacting [email protected] (plain text). fw999 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 14 days.

8.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
